As cross-functional leaders at GIPHY, we helped grow the company from a small team with no revenue to a $400M acquisition by Instagram. At the forefront, we led people operations, content, and product—but behind the scenes, we were the strategic operators who guided the company through two acquisitions, and ultimately drove millions in revenue across multiple business lines post-acquisition at Shutterstock.
Through multiple fundraises, exits, and everything in between, we built the strategies and playbooks that fuel real, sustainable growth. Now, we’re using that experience to help founders build stronger, more resilient companies from the inside out.
