We're a team of seasoned product, people, and operations leaders who've dedicated the last 10 years to building the systems that keep fast-moving companies focused, human, and growing. We've delivered this at scale while leading operations at GIPHY – growing from under 10 employees to 150+, supporting 1 billion daily users, and managing through acquisitions by Meta and Shutterstock – all without losing the culture that made the team great.
Through multiple fundraises, exits, and everything in between, we built the strategies, systems, and playbooks that fuel real, sustainable growth. Now, we’re using that experience to help founders build stronger, more resilient companies from the inside out.
